Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases of our courses and services. By enrolling in our course, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Customers may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase (“Refund Window”). Refund requests submitted after the Refund Window will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refund Amount

If a refund request is received within the eligible Refund Window, the customer shall be entitled to a seventy-five percent (75%) refund of the total amount paid. The remaining twenty-five percent (25%) shall be retained to cover administrative, platform, and processing costs.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, customers must submit a request by contacting our support team with:

Full Name
Registered Email Address
Course Name
Proof of Purchase / Transaction Details
Reason for Refund (optional but recommended)
4. Processing Timeline

Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within five (5) business days. However, the actual credit to the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued via:

The original payment method used during purchase; or
Bank transfer, if required (customer must provide accurate banking details)

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete financial information provided by the customer.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Requests made after the 7-day Refund Window
Failure to provide required purchase or identity verification details
Any misuse, abuse, or violation of our platform terms
7. Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.
